- If it rains the tour takes place. The tour can be canceled if there are big waves and there is restrictions from marine police announced
- All speed boat tours are prohibited for pregnant women. Our staff can refuse to take you on tour without refund if you are pregnant.
Refund Policy
- 30 days or more before the travel date – Eligible for a 100% refund.
- 15 to 29 days before the travel date – Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the travel date – No refund will be issued.
- Non-refundable charges and service fees – Any applicable fees associated with the booking will not be reimbursed.
