Refund Policy
If you cancel the holiday then the refund criteria will be: You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published refund policy below:
Refund charges:
Prior to 45 days or more: Booking Fee
Between 44-31 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost
Between 30-16 days of departure: 75% of tour cost
15 days to date of departure: 100%
In case of no show: 100%
You will get the refund after deducting the stated percentage.
CholoLive Refund Policy (Event & Concerts)
CholoLive is the dedicated event ticketing platform of Chologhuri Limited, and all ticket purchases made through CholoLive are governed by the policies of the respective event organizer. Please note that event tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, except in cases where the event organizer officially declares a cancellation or change. Chologhuri / CholoLive does not hold authority to approve, decline, or process refunds for any event-related transactions. All decisions regarding cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, refunds, or compensation are made solely by the event organizer, and customers will be notified accordingly through the appropriate channels. In the event of an approved refund by the organizer, the refund amount, timeline, and method will strictly follow the organizer’s guidelines. CholoLive’s role is limited to facilitating ticket sales and delivering tickets as per user-provided information. Please ensure all personal and delivery details are accurate during purchase, as CholoLive will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer input. By purchasing a ticket through CholoLive, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
