Day 1

Arrival in Phnom Penh

Arrive in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia, where you will be greeted by your local guide. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the evening at leisure, resting after your journey, or take a stroll around the city to get a feel of its vibrant atmosphere. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 2

Phnom Penh’s Past & Present

Begin your day with a visit to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda, home to the Emerald Buddha and magnificent golden treasures. Then, explore Independence Monument, a symbol of Cambodia’s independence from French rule. In the afternoon, delve deeper into Cambodia’s tragic past with a visit to the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S21), followed by a somber tour of the Killing Fields, a memorial site for the victims of the Khmer Rouge regime. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 3:

Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (B)

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Siem Reap by boat, bus, or flight (included in the package). Upon arrival in Siem Reap, check into your hotel and enjoy some leisure time. In the afternoon, embark on a visit to Tonle Sap Lake for a boat trip to Choung Kneas. Explore the unique floating villages, learn about local life on the water, and admire the impressive flooded forests. You’ll also visit Artisans d’Angkor to see local craftsmen at work, creating beautiful silk garments, wood carvings, and lacquerware. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4

Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat

Start your day early with a visit to Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire. Visit the Bayon Temple, famous for its 54 towers decorated with smiling faces, and explore the Elephant Terrace and Phimeanakas Temple. Then, head to the magnificent Angkor Wat, one of the most iconic and largest religious monuments in the world. Day 5

Siem Reap – Departure

After breakfast, enjoy the last day of your Cambodian adventure at leisure. Depending on your departure time, you may have the opportunity to visit the Angkor National Museum or shop for souvenirs at the Siem Reap Market. Transfer to Siem Reap Airport for your onward journey. End of services.
